Livon Apparels operates an online retail business offering clothing, fashion products and related merchandise to customers.

If a genuine pricing or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

5. Placing an Order

When you click "Place Order", "Pay Now" or an equivalent button, you submit a request to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation may be sent to your email, SMS, WhatsApp or other contact method provided by you.

An order may be subject to availability and verification.

Livon Apparels reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where:

  • The product is unavailable.
  • There is an obvious pricing or listing error.
  • The customer has provided materially incorrect information.
  • Payment cannot be verified.
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
  • Delivery to the supplied address is not reasonably possible.
  • The order violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

If payment has already been received for an order that Livon cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We accept the payment methods displayed on our website or at checkout.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved, consumers may also have access to remedies available through the Consumer Affairs Authority and other competent authorities under Sri Lankan law. The CAA accepts consumer complaints concerning goods and services.
